Is Quantum Reflex Analysis the Key to Unlocking Your Body’s Full Potential?
Have you ever wished your body could speak directly to you, revealing the root causes of your fatigue, digestive, or mood problems? What if you could listen to it, precisely identifying what’s out of balance and what needs support? Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA) offers an innovative, non-invasive method for doing just that. By tapping into your body’s natural energy and using muscle testing to uncover weaknesses, QRA helps practitioners pinpoint exactly where your body needs attention – no guesswork required.
Let’s explore how QRA works, what it can detect, and how it could be the key to unlocking your path to true wellness.
How Was QRA Discovered?
Developed by Dr. Robert Marshall, QRA emerged in the early 1990s to assess and address imbalances in the body’s energy systems. This method incorporates the patented Bi-Digital O-Ring Test created by Dr. Yoshiaki Omura, MD – more on that later. Dr. Marshall’s work blends the concepts of kinesiology (body movement), acupuncture, and quantum physics. The “quantum” aspect refers to the energetic interaction between cells, tissues, and organs at the molecular level.
Acupuncture points are a key aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an ancient healing system that has been practiced for thousands of years. These points, which are strategically located along the body’s meridians, serve as areas where energy, or ‘Qi,’ can be accessed and influenced.[1,2] A skilled QRA practitioner must have a solid understanding of these points, as they play a crucial role in detecting and correcting imbalances to promote healing and overall well-being.[3]
How Does QRA Work?
The core idea behind QRA is the concept of “bioenergetic stress,” which suggests that the body is a network of interconnected energy fields. When there are disturbances or imbalances in these fields, they can manifest as physical ailments or illnesses.[4] By using muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology), QRA practitioners can pinpoint specific energy imbalances and blockages, and then apply targeted interventions, such as supplements, dietary changes, or other therapies, to correct them.
GlowSpring Health uses all available diagnostic tools to get to the root of your health concerns. QRA is not used to replace standard medical examinations, but to supplement. The beauty of integrative medicine blends conventional and holistic tools to give you the most complete care. Unlike conventional diagnostic tools, QRA focuses on understanding how energy flows through the body and how it interacts with various stressors. This helps identify underlying causes of physical or emotional discomfort and can find diseases that regular diagnostic imaging misses.[5]
What Conditions Can QRA Help With?
Chronic illness is complex, and getting to the root cause of your condition can sometimes be challenging. QRA can help with several conditions including:
- Chronic pain [6,7]
- Digestive disorders [8]
- Fatigue and low energy
- Anxiety and stress [9]
- Weak immune system
- Hormonal imbalance [10]
- Blood pressure [11]
When muscle testing was discovered, Dr. Omura intended for it to be an early, non-invasive diagnostic method.[8] The Bi-Digital O-Ring Test is often used as a last resort in challenging cases involving infections. With the growing issue of antibiotic resistance making infections harder to treat, the test has been useful in identifying effective treatments for conditions such as abscesses that don’t respond to antibiotics, as detected through QRA.[6,12,13]
Given its ability to uncover underlying issues quickly and accurately, wouldn’t it make more sense to use this simple, non-invasive method at the start of treatment? Doing so could save time, reduce unnecessary suffering, and cut down on healthcare costs in the long run.
What Imbalances Does QRA Detect?
QRA is all about removing interferences in your body’s energy field, or “biofield”. Once coherence is restored, your body’s capacity to heal itself is uninhibited. QRA even finds imbalances and corrects them before they turn into symptoms or problems. Several interferences impede healthy cellular energy function:
- Infection (viral, bacteria, fungal, parasitic) [14,15,16]
- Nutritional deficiencies [8]
- Food, environmental, household, & electromagnetic triggers [17,18,19]
- Scar and trauma “interference fields”, causing stagnation, such as from an accident causing whiplash or previous surgical incision [13]
- Dental interferences [20,21]
While extensive laboratory and diagnostic tests can uncover many interferences, QRA provides a faster, more direct approach to pinpointing the root cause of the issue. This proactive approach can lead to more efficient treatment and a quicker return to optimal well-being.
How Is Muscle Testing Performed?
Dr. Omura’s Bi-Digital O-Ring Test simply involves forming an “O” with your thumb and finger. One-third of your brain’s cerebral cortex controls your hand, making it an ideal “tool” for precise assessments. Your practitioner will first have you form an O-ring with your fingers and will test your baseline grip strength. Your practitioner will help you locate several acupuncture points on your body and have you apply gentle pressure to those points with your other hand. Then the O-ring strength is tested by trying to pull apart your fingers. If the O-ring remains strong, you move on to the next acupuncture point. If the O-ring is weak, it indicates weakness of the corresponding organ that the acupuncture point represents.
Medicines and supplements can be tested for efficacy, to see if your body will respond to the substance.[7,22] It’s all about finding a match for you and your body. Let’s take sleep for example. There are several supplements for sleep, including melatonin, herbs, and nutrients – how would we know which is best for you? We could blindly guess, or we can use QRA to test and see what your body best responds to.
