
Sangeeta Pati, MD, FACOG, ABOIM

Dr. Pati is on a mission to help people reverse debilitating conditions and thrive by applying the foundational ways of the long-living cultures in the Blue Zones. She has over 13 years in conventional medicine and an additional 20 years of experience in regenerative/integrative medicine, bioenergetics, immunology, hormones, nutrition, detoxification, heart/mind balance, and body balance. She is double board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Pati was educated at the University of Maryland and Georgetown. She worked at NASA, NIH, the Safe Motherhood Project and private practice before shifting her focus to Integrative approaches. She is a trainer, mentor, speaker and author on proven self-healing protocols.
Dr. Pati is an affiliate staff at UCF Medical School and on staff at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. Pati mentors medical students from UCF, NUNM and ACOM. She is on the Editorial Board for Journal of Restorative Medicine and on the Medical Advisory Board for Health Intelligence Magazine. She believes that every challenge is an opportunity to evolve. She hopes to create a Residential Wellness Center in Costa Rica to support life-style, nutrition, gardening, meditation and detoxification to name a few.
Dr. Pati has given over 100 presentations since 2006 at major integrative conferences, such as A4M, AMMG, PCCA and IFIM. She has trained and mentored over 5,000 health professionals in comprehensive protocols that optimize the 5 areas to turn on self-healing. Over 20 years and over 15,000 patients, Dr. Pati realized the power of incorporating the ways of the Long-Thriving into the 5-Point Model System, optimizing 1) hormones 2) nutrients 3) detoxification 4) heart/mind and 5) body. Using a precise sequence to achieve optimal levels >75th percentile, instead of normal levels, patient’s achieved reversal of >85% of all conditions.

In 2010, she has been interviewed by Jackie Silver in Aging Backwards, Edwerda Drew for New You Magazine, David Wolfe for the effects of Superfoods on Hormones, Patrick Timpone from RadioOne and Gary Null, Extreme Radio and Jonathan Otto for his next film in 2023.
